摘  要:随着现代模具冲压速度的提高,在冷冲压生产中时常会出现冲孔废料回升现象。当发生凸模把废料带出凹模最后撒落在下模上的现象时,会严重影响到冲压产品的外观品质,甚至有时会影响模具工作部件的寿命,从而影响模具的精度。为防止废料回升,有利于生产的顺利进行,有利于提高产品品质。笔者通过对废料回升原因的分析,并结合生产实践中的应用,提出数种防止废料回升的措施,并分别阐述其特点及适用场合。With the increased speed of modern die stamping,cold pressing in the production of waste,often punching rebound phenomenon occurs. In case of wastes with a punch to die the next die on the last Sala phenomenon,would seriously affect the appearance of stamping product quality,and even sometimes affect the life of the die components,thus affecting the mold precision. To prevent waste recovery is conducive to smooth production,helping improve the quality of products. Based on the analysis of the causes waste recovery and production practice in the application,put forward several measures to prevent the waste recovery and expounded on the characteristics and scope of applications.
