浙江省农村卫生适宜技术服务患者满意度调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解浙江省农村卫生适宜技术服务患者满意度现状和影响因素。方法采用横断面研究对693名接受过适宜技术服务的患者进行满意度问卷调查。结果浙江省农村卫生适宜技术推广应用患者总体满意率为71.6%;治疗效果、医疗费用和病情解释是患者满意度的主要影响因素。结论浙江省农村卫生适宜技术推广应用患者满意度水平较高。Objective To know the current situation and influence factors of patients＇ satisfaction of appropriate technology services for rural health in Zhejiang Province. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted by a self-report satisfaction questionnaire among 693 patients receiving appropriate technology services. Results The general satisfaction rate is 71.6%.The treatment effect,medical cost and detailed explanation of the disease are the main influence factors of patient satisfaction. Conclusion There is a high level of patient satisfaction with those appropriate health services in rural areas of Zhejiang Province.
