低负压吸引治疗自发性气胸的观察与护理

摘　　要：对84例自发性气胸行胸腔闭式引流后肺复张不满意的患者,给予持续低负压吸引观察与护理。发现自发性气胸胸腔闭式引流术及持续低负压吸引治疗过程中,加强观察与护理,能促进气体的排除,提高治疗效果好,无胸腔内感染。Eighty-four cases with spontaneous pneumothorax had unsatisfied lung recruitment after closed thoracic drainage,and then they received sustained low negative pressure suction to improve it.We found that closed thoracic drainage combined with continuous low negative pressure suction and enhancing observation and nursing may promote the exclusion of gas from the thorax and improve the therapeutic effects of refractory spontaneous pneumothorax,and no intrathoracic infection was found.
