摘　　要：井冈山红色文化是中国共产党先进文化组成的一部分,体现了坚定的共产主义理想、信念和高尚的道德情操,具有丰富的当代价值。弘扬井冈山红色文化,促进高校思想政治工作创新是时代的要求。Jinggangshan red culture is a part of the advanced culture of China Communist Party,which reflects the firm communist ideals,belief and noble morality,pocessing rich contemporary value.To promote the red culture,encourage students to maintain a high revolutionary spirit and excellent quality revolution is the demand of innovating ideological and political education in higher education.Besides,the ways of innovation are analyzed,and theoretical references are provided.
