PPS-PTFE防粘耐磨涂层的研制及其在食品烤盘上的应用

摘　　要：研制了一种以ＰＰＳ为粘接剂，以ＰＴＦＥ为减磨、防粘剂的防粘耐磨涂层。其耐磨性为８３５ｍ／μｍ，摩擦因数为０１２～０１４，并具有优良的防粘性（与水的接触角１０８°）。考察了固化条件、底材表面处理对涂层性能的影响。在食品烤盘上的应用结果表明，所研制涂层与日本进口涂层的性能基本相当。A kind of anti sticking and wear resistant coating material was developed,in which PPS was binder and PTFE was wear resistant and anti sticking material.The wear resistance of coating reached 835m/μm.The friction factor was 0 12～0 14.This coating had good anti sticking property(the contact angle with water was 108°).The influences of curing condition and substrate surface treatment on coating properties were investigated.The application result showed that the properties of this coating were similar to Japanese coating.
