摘　　要：为提高轿车地毯成型用聚合物乳液的粘接性、抗油性和耐水性，在以苯乙烯、丁二烯和丙烯酸为单体的乳液聚合体系中，又加入了醋酸乙烯酯和丙烯腈单体进行５元共聚合。试验研究了复合乳化剂、引发剂、电解质和５种单体的加入量及其加入方式对聚合的影响，确定了适宜的搅拌转速和聚合温度。用试验选择的最佳条件合成的乳液具有良好的质量和重复性。To enhance adhesion, oil resistance and water resistance of polymer latex for carpet forming, the monomers of vinyl acetate and acrylonitrile were added in emulsion polymerization system including styrene, butadiene and acrylic acid. The influence of the amounts and feed program of composite emulsifiers, polymerization initiator (APS) electrolyte (KCl) and five kinds of monomers on polymerization and its product were investigated. And the optimum stirring rotational speed and polymerization temperature was determined. Latices synthesized by selected optimum condition have good quality and repeatability.
