高效液相色谱手性固定相对有机磷化合物对映异构体拆分的研究

摘　　要：到目前为止,有关利用高效液相色谱手性固定相直接拆分含碳手性中心化合物的对映异构体的报道已有很多,方法也日趋成熟。而用于直接拆分含磷手性中心化合物的对映异构体的报道还很少见到。在国内,上海药物所的徐修容等人开展了HPLC手性固定相的研究,制备了多种类型的手性固定相。The optical isomers of O-alkyl N-phenyl-methyl phosphonamidate can be resolved on TBVS or TBILS chieal stationary phase (CSP).The resolution on TBILS CSP is much better than on TBVS CSP.In the former case,the separation factors (ri.s) are more than 1.10.Substituents in the compounds have a great influence on the separation.
