利巴韦林颗粒联合清开灵口服液治疗手足口病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察利巴韦林颗粒联合清开灵口服液治疗儿童手足口病的疗效。方法将108例患儿随机分为3组,治疗Ⅰ组给予利巴韦林颗粒和清开灵口服液口服;治疗Ⅱ组给予利巴韦林颗粒口服;治疗Ⅲ组给予清开灵口服液口服;观察比较三组的疗效及不良反应。结果治疗Ⅰ组的效果明显优于治疗Ⅱ组和治疗Ⅲ组,表观为退热、口腔愈合、手足皮疹消退的时间明显缩短,总病程也明显缩短(P<0.01),未见明显不良反应。结论利巴韦林颗粒联合清开灵口服液治疗儿童手足口病疗效好,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of Particles observed ribavirin combined with Qingkailing Oral in the treatment of children with hand -foot - mouth disease. Methods The 108 cases were randomly divided into three groups, The treatment group I were given ribavirin granules and Qingkailing Oral;The treatment group I1 were given the treatment of fibavirin granules;The treatment group m were given Qingkailing oral;Observed and compared three groups of efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The effect of the treatment group I much better than the treatment group Ⅱ and treatment group Ⅲ, Manifested as fever,oral healing,hand -foot skin rash subsided significantly shortened the time,The total duration time was significandy shorter （ P 〈 0.01 ） ,with no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion The effect of Ribavirin granules combined with Qingkailing Oral in the of treatment of children with hand - foot - mouth disease is good, and worth popularizing.
