摘  要:在缺镁胁迫下,研究了玉米幼苗生长、根系活力和离子含量的变化。结果表明,与对照相比,缺镁胁迫使玉米幼苗株高、根长和干、鲜重下降,根系活力减弱,N元素在地上部和根部分配失调,新叶和老叶中Mg、Cu、Fe、Mn等离子含量下降,Ca、K、Zn等离子含量上升,根中Mg离子含量下降,Ca、K、Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn等离子含量上升。表明缺镁胁迫降低根系活力,干扰N元素代谢,破坏了玉米幼苗体内离子平衡,抑制玉米幼苗生长。The growth, root activity and some changes of inorganic ions content of maize seedling under magnesium deficient stress were investigated. The results showed: compared with the control, magnesium deficient stress decreased the plant height, root length, fresh weight and dry weight, reduced the root activity, leaded to N element distribute imbalance in which above-ground and below-ground, decreased the contents of inorganic ions such as Mg, Cu, Fe and Mn in younger and older leaves, increased the contents of Ca、K、Zn in leaves, decreased the magnesium content in roots, but increased the contents of Ca, K, Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn in roots. Our results demonstrated that magnesium deficiency caused the decrease of the root activity, destroyed the ion homeostasis in maize seedling and inhibited the growth of maize plant.
