摘  要:目的探讨多排螺旋CT扫描后多层面重建技术对脊柱骨折诊断的价值。方法对56例外伤后临床及X线检查后怀疑脊柱有骨折的患者,进行多排螺旋CT扫描,并将扫描后原始数据在工作站上分别进行VR及多方位MPR重建。结果常规横断位扫描发现骨折41例47处;VR只能显示形态改变,均为可疑,无法确定骨折线;MPR共发现49例81处骨折。结论 MPR技术的运用,在脊柱骨折的诊断中具明显优势,尤其在判断新近骨折更具价值,能为法医学鉴定提供可靠的影像学依据。Objective: To study the value of Spiral CT(SCT) multiplanar reconstruction(MPR)in the diagnosis of spinal fracture. Methods: 56 patients with suspected spinal fracture afterclinic and X-ray examination received the multislice SCT scanning, then the primary data of scanning were sent to workstation to make volvme reconstruction(VR) and multi-planar reconstruction(MPR) respectively. Results: 41 patients with 47 fractures were found by the conventional axial SCT imaging, VR method,could found the morphology changes, but couldn’t determine the fracture line. 49 cases with 81 fractures were found by MPR,method. Conclusions: MPR method has obvious advantages in the diagnosis of spinal fracture, especially in determining fresh fracture, can provide reliable imaging basis to medicolegal identification.
