针刺通里穴对脑梗塞后运动性失语症患者自发语流畅程度的影响

摘　　要：目的：本研究通过观察针刺通里穴对脑梗塞后运动性失语症患者言语功能的影响，探讨通里穴治疗脑梗塞后运动性失语症的临床疗效，并试图探索其可能的作用机制。方法：将30名患者随机分为对照组（15例）和治疗组（15例）。两组均给予常规药物及言语康复训练治疗。在此基础上，对照组采用通关开窍针法，治疗组采用通关开窍针法配合通里穴治疗。观察治疗前后患者白发语流畅程度的变化。结果：1、临床疗效的比较：根据（09康法》记分标准评定疗效，治疗组总有效率为86．7％，显效率为80％；对照组总有效率为73.3％，显效率为20％。治疗组显效率优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。2、汉语失语症口语流利性：经治疗，治疗组自发语流畅程度改善优于对照组，其评分提高程度优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。Objective： By observing the language function impact caused by stimulating Tongli of exercise-induced aphasia after cerebral infarctiou,to explore the clinical efficacy of Tongli on treating aphasia, and to explore its possible mechanism Methods： 30 patients are randomly divided into control group （ 15cases ） and treatment group （ 15 cases ）.Both groups were given conventional medicines and speech rehabilitation therapy. On this basis, the control group using Tongguan kaiqiao acupuncture points, the treatment group using Tongguan kaiqiao acupuncture points with the Tough. Observed before and after treatment in patients with the spontaneous language fluency change. Result： 1, Comparison of clinical efficacy： According to ＂ ClinicalRehabilitation Research Center Aphasia Examination （CRRCAE） ＂, the total effective rates in treatment group was 86.7%, the rate of Significantly efficiency was 80%; the total effective rates in controlgroup was 73.7%, the rate of Significantly efficiency was.20%. The rate of Significantly efficiency of the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference has statistical significance （P 〈0.05）.2, Spontaneous language fluency： After treatment, the improvement of the spontaneous language fluency from treatment group was superior than the control group, the score increased was higher than the control group, the difference has statistical significance （P 〈0.05）.
