摘  要:建立滑桃树愈伤组织与其内生真菌(Fusariumsp.WXE)的共培养体系,并对共培养的次生代谢产物进行研究.研究结果表明,滑桃树愈伤组织对内生真菌的生长具有明显的促进作用.采用核磁共振、质谱等波谱技术对从共培养提取物中分离到的3个化合物进行结构测定,确定它们分别为(16α)-17-hydroxy-en-tatisan-19-oic acid methyl ester(1),(16α)-16,17-dihydroxy-ent-atisan-19-oic acid methyl ester(2)和β-谷甾醇(3).The co-cultures of calli of Trewia nudiflora L.and its endophytic fungus Fusarium sp.WXE were established.The secondary metabolites of the co-culture were studied.The result showed that the growth of Fusarium sp.WXE was obviously induced by the calli of T.nudiflora.Three compounds were isolated from the co-culture extract,and their structures were elucidated to be(16α)-17-hydroxy-ent-atisan-19-oic acid methyl ester(1),(16α)-16,17-dihydroxy-ent-atisan-19-oic acid methyl ester(2) and β-sitosterol(3) according to their spectroscopic analyses including NMR and MS.
