摘 要:红外热摄像已从过去的扫描模式工作发展到了二维焦平面阵列的凝视模式工作,从极低温或低温致冷工作发展到了今日的近室温和非致冷凝视焦平面阵列的工作,不但甩掉了昂贵、复杂而笨重的机械扫描机构,而且实现了廉价、小型化和高可靠性的便携式摄像系统。本文详细地评述了红外焦平面阵列技术的商用现状和潜力,展望了这一市场的前景。The infrared thermal imaging operation has developed from the early scanning mod to the existing staring mode of the two-dimensional infrared focal plane, from the extreme cryogenic cooling to the recent room temperature, not only eliminated the expensive complicated mechanically scanning mechanism, but also can enable developing the compact high reliance portable infrared imaging systems of the low-cost uncooled staring arrays. The infrared thermal imaging technology is marching from the military applications to the commercial market with great speed. Here in detail review the status and potentiality of the commercial applications of the infrared focal plane arrays (IRFPA) and outlook the market.
