高等学校就业指导课程体系构建中的问题与思考

摘　　要：大学生就业工作是一个系统工程,大学生就业指导也不单指对择业技巧的指导。本文从就业指导课程体系出发,分析了目前高校就业指导课程体系的现状,提出了构建课程体系应遵循的原则,并从教学规划、教学形式、教学管理和理论研究等几个方面对构建新型高校大学生就业指导课程体系做出探索。This article analyzed the status of employment guidance curriculum system,put forward the principles which the curriculum system should follow,and explored the construction of new type employment guidance curriculum system from the aspects of teaching plan,teaching form,teaching management and theoretical research.
