摘　　要：通过对高职旅游管理专业学生的基本素质与旅游行业对学生素质要求的吻合度分析来说明旅游管理专业在培养学生基本素质方面所存在的问题,并提出相应的建议,以提高学生素质,培养符合旅游业发展所需人才,推动旅游经济发展。Through the matching analysis of the basic qualities of students of tourism management specialty and the requirements of tourism industry, this paper illustrates the existing problems in training the students＇ basic qualities and makes appropriate recommendations to improve their qualities, to cultivate the talents in line with tourism industry, as well as to promote economic development of tourism.
