摘  要:管道内检测技术是应用最为广泛的维护管道安全性与完整性的有效方法。鉴于目前管道内检测采用超声波、漏磁检测方法对于管道损伤评价存在的局限性,提出采用金属磁记忆方法进行检测。金属磁记忆方法通过记录地磁场作用下的金属构件表面的漏磁场信息,可对构件微观缺陷和应力与变形集中区进行辨别。应用自主研发的610mm管道磁记忆内检测装置进行了现场牵拉试验研究。结果表明,所设计的内检测装置具有良好的可靠性与管道通过性,并能通过多通道数据分辨出不同类型的缺陷特征,采用磁记忆方法进行管道内检测在技术上是可行的,具有良好的开发应用前景。The technology of pipeline internal detection is a most widely used and effective method to maintain pipeline safety and integrity.Considering the limitation existing in the application of supersonic and magnetic leakage detection in current pipeline detection to evaluate pipeline damage,a kind of detection adopting the metal magnetic memory method was suggested.The metal magnetic memory method can identify the micro-defects and stress and deformation concentration area of components by recording the information of leakage magnetic field on the metal component surface which is subject to the effect of earth magnetic field.The independently developed 610 mm pipeline magnetic memory internal detection device was applied to conduct a field draw-off experimental study.The result shows that the designed internal detection device has a high operability and reliability and it can identify the defect characteristics of different types by means of multi-channel data.Application of the magnetic memory method to conduct pipeline internal detection is technologically feasible.It has a bright prospect of development and application.
