摘  要:针对原油差温顺序输送工艺,建立了原油顺序输送管道安全停输时间计算模型,利用有限差分法对停输模型和再启动模型进行离散化,采用迭代法计算最小安全停输时间。以原油管道顺序输送大庆油和俄罗斯油为例,分别探讨混油界面位置、油品输量、油品输送温度和油品输送顺序对安全停输时间的影响。研究结果表明,大庆油顶俄油的停输时间长于俄油顶大庆油的停输时间;混油界面离出站点越远,停输时间越短;油品输送温度越高,停输时间越长;油品输量越大,停输时间越长。According to the technology of crude oil thermal differential transportation,the calculation model for the safety shutdown time of oil batch transportation pipeline was established.The finite difference method was applied to discretize the shutdown model and restart model;the iteration method was adopted to calculate the minimum safety shutdown time.Take the batch transportation of Daqing and Russian oil,for example.The effect of batching interface position and volume,transportation temperature and sequence of oil products on safety shutdown time were discussed respectively.The result shows that the shutdown time of Daqing oil to Russian oil is longer than that of Russian oil to Daqing oil;the farther away the batching interface is from the exit point,the shorter the shutdown time;the higher the crude oil transportation temperature,the longer the shutdown time;the larger the volume of oil products,the longer the shutdown time.
