摘　　要：针对扩张式和压缩式封隔器存在的抗蠕动性差和胶筒材料老化导致密封性变差等问题,研制了DXY441-114型防蠕动封隔器。该封隔器主要由坐封机构、密封机构、洗井机构、锁紧机构和解封机构等部分组成,具有密封性好、承压能力强的特点,能满足复杂断块分层注水的要求。室内试验和现场试验表明,该封隔器能够很好地实现坐封、密封、洗井和解封功能,在胜利油田东辛采油厂12口井坐封成功率100%,平均有效期已达9月,最长的有效期达15月。In light of the problem that weak anti-creep performance and weak sealing performance caused by the material ageing of packer rubber exist in expansion and compression packers,Model DXY441-114 anti-creep packer was developed.The packer mainly consists of setting,sealing,flushing,latching and unsetting mechanisms.It has a good sealing performance and a strong pressure-bearing capacity,thus satisfying the requirement of separate water injection in complex fault blocks.The indoor and field experiments show that the packer can well achieve setting,sealing,flushing and unsetting.The application in 12 wells in Dongxin Oil Production Plant of Shengli Oilfield has reached a 100% success rate;the average valid term has reached 9 months;the longest valid term has reached 15 months.
