摘 要:矿业城市发展循环经济是自然生态系统提出的客观要求。目前,对矿业循环经济的研究多数停留于理想化的线性逻辑演化阶段,而对操作层面上基于主体经济行为的系统演化路径的研究甚少。依据自然生态系统的运行模式,把握资源的不可再生特性和物质组分单一性,以及由此决定的资源流转过程不能在生态模式下实现物质循环的闭合的特点,可以看出,矿业循环经济系统的演化在非线性因素的作用下,受到相干机制、信息决策机制、动力生成机制的影响;且系统伴随耗散品质的生成和成长,经政策因素引导的变异机制涨落作用,逐渐实现从低级子系统循环向高级生态链接循环,最终出现一种在新的模式下协调一致地有序活动。The natural ecosystem greatly needs to develop circular economy in mining cities. However, present research on mining circular economy is mainly remained in an ideal linear - evolution stage, and rare research is made from the operational level which is based on the performance of the principal sectors of economy. Based on the running mode of natural ecosystem, the authors of this article hold that the recycling circle' s failure to close is mainly caused by their non - renewability and simplicity of material components. By applying Dissipative Structure theory, the authors also hold that the evolution of the economical mecha- nism of mining recycle is nonlinear, and it is also affected by coherent mechanism, information - decision mechanism and power generating mechanism; other elements, such as the growth of dissipative quality, the rise and fall mechanism of mutation which is directed by policy, also play their roles in it. The authors conclude that there exists a new harmonious mode of high - level ecological recycling chain which will be given full play in the future study of the evolution of energy ecosystem.
