摘  要:应用有限元法研究结构参数对cymbal换能器性能的影响。首先,以压电方程为基础,应用有限元理论对cymbal换能器进行有限元建模,得出有限元动力学方程。然后应用ANSYS分析了cymba换能器结构参数对其发电电压和谐振频率的影响。结果表明,为达到更好的发电电压,应该增加cymba压电陶瓷的厚度tp,增加金属帽内腔底径Φc,减少金属帽厚度tm和内腔顶径Φd,对每个cymbal系统都存在一个最优的内腔高度dc。基振频率随着tm、dc增加而增加,随Φc增加而减少。It mainly used finite element method to research the impact of cymbal structural parameters on the performance of cymbal transducer.First,based on the piezoelectric equation,the theory of finite element was used to make the model of cymbal transducer,and its dynamic equation was found.Then,ANSYS analysis was applied to research the impact of cymbal structural parameters on its output voltage and resonant frequency.It came to the conclusion that to get a greater output voltage,the thickness of PZT tp and intra cavity bottom diameter Φc should be increased,while the thickness of cap tm and intra cavity top diameter Φd should be decreased.To every cymbal transducer,there is a best intra cavity height dc to make the output voltage largest.The resonant frequency increases with the increase of tm、dc,while reduces with the increase of Φc.
