摘　　要：提出了一种转盘轴承静载荷承载曲线的精确计算方法。以四点接触球转盘轴承为例,通过建立轴承的静力学模型,计算了不同外部载荷条件下轴承的载荷分布;当受载最大的滚动体载荷等于滚动体许用载荷时,利用所对应的外部载荷作为承载曲线上点来绘制承载曲线。计算结果表明:利用这种方法计算出的承载曲线更有利于轴承合理选型及轴承参数优化设计。A precise computation method was proposed for static limiting load curves of slewing bearings.Four-point contact ball slewing bearing being used as a case,the bearing load distributions were computed under different external loads condition by establishing the statics model of the bearing;when the maximum roller load equaling to the allowable load,the corresponding external loads were used as points of the limiting load curve to draw the curves.Computational results show that the limiting load curves computed by using this method are more propitious to？reasonable bearing selection and optimal design of the bearing parameters.
