摘 要:轧机作为锌空电池成形设备重要组成部分,以有限元软件ANSYS10.0作为分析工具,对锌空电池干嵌成形设备的轧机机架刚度、强度特性进行静力分析。经过求解计算,得出轧机机架的应力分布和变形状态。通过与材料许用应力的对比,轧机机架在各种载荷的综合作用下,满足强度要求。在对机架进行参数化建模后,以有限元计算出的变形结果和材料许用应力为约束条件,机架的主要设计尺寸为优化变量,机架的体积最小为目标函数,对机架进行优化设计。优化后,轧机机架纵向变形量减少15%、最大主应力缩小24.1%、轧机机架体积减少9.13%。Rolling mill,as the important component of the dry-powder-embedded zinc-air battery electrode forming equipment.The analyses of stiffness,strength character of the mill housing are done with ANSYS10.0 in this paper.After the calculation we got the stress distribution and deformed state of the mill housing.Comparing with the admissible stress of the material,mill housing can meet the strength standard under the integrative effectiveness of various loads.After founded the model with parameter,using the distortion results and allowable stress as inhibit condition,the main dimension as design variable and the minimum of volume as goal function,the mill housing optimization design has been made.After the optimization,the rolling-mill housing longitudinal amount of deformity reduced 15%,biggest principal stresses reduced by 24.1% and rolling-mill housing volume reduce by 9.13%.
