摘　　要：采用定性分析和定量计算相结合的方法,对黄河沙坡头水利枢纽北干渠供水工程8个投资方案进行了比较,提出各方案可能存在的投资风险及规避风险的措施和扭亏方案,旨在为投资公司提供投资依据。Eight investment schemes for the water supply project of northern main canal of Shapotou Water Resources Project on Yellow River were compared by use of the combined method of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation.The possible investment risks for various schemes and the relevant countermeasures as well as the schemes to turn losses into profits were proposed so as to provide basis to the development of the northern main canal.
