摘　　要：介绍了天津市水价改革的背景,在回顾天津市水价改革历程的基础上,分析了天津市水价改革中存在的问题,提出加快和完善天津市水价改革的建议:建立科学的水价形成机制;建立合理的水价制度;加快供排水单位体制改革进度;完善配套政策措施;加大水价改革宣传力度。The background of water price reform in Tianjin City was introduced.Based on the review of reform course of the water price in Tianjin City,the relevant problems were analyzed.Some suggestions for improving the reform of the water price were put forward: establishment of scientific mechanism for water price;establishment of rational system for water price;promotion of system reform of water supply and drainage departments;reinforcement of researches on relevant policies;enlargement of propaganda for reform of water price.
