摘  要:文23气田2005年年初突发结盐现象,并迅速扩散到整个气田,经常造成管柱盐堵和遇卡,严重威胁到气井安全生产。通过开展文23气田结盐机理和防治过程研究,形成了一套适合该气田的系列清防盐工艺,可适应不同盐垢类型和部位,各项技术指标安全可靠,对油套管和产层伤害很低。通过应用清水、优化管柱、地层挤注抑盐剂、泡沫酸等配套工艺,提高了清防盐效果,降低了气井结盐速度,保证了结盐气井的正常生产,具有良好的推广应用前景。In wen23 gas reservoir,the precipitation of salt from the reservoir water propagates the entire gas field rapidly,always leading to blockage and stick.It threats safe production of the gas wells severely.This paper addresses the mechanism of precipitation of salt and scale,forms a series of technologies fit for the gas field that can prevent the precipitation of salt,adopts for different kinds of scale,its' technical description is reliable,and do little damage to pay formation and annulus.To remove salt deposits,as well as prevent the precipitation of salt in the zone immediately surrounding the well,fresh water treatments,optimization of tubes,injection of inhibitors for salt deposition into layer,foam acid,etc are performed during production operations,which increases the efficiency of salt prevention and removal,decreases the rate of precipitation of salt and scale,reduces the fluctuation margin of production,and have a good prospective of popularization.
