摘  要:以CaCl2、TiCl4和NaOH为原料,在葡萄糖存在下用水热法制备了球形CaTiO3粉体。研究了合成条件对CaTiO3粉体结构和形貌的影响。XRD、SEM分析表明:添加葡萄糖后纯CaTiO3形成的温度由100℃提高到160℃以上,最佳制备条件是反应温度200℃,反应时间2h,c(葡萄糖)为1.25mmol/L,c(NaOH)为0.5mol/L。在此条件下可获得结晶性很好、粒径分布为200~300nm的球形CaTiO3粉体。该粉体高温煅烧后,产物的形貌和粒度变化不大,并保持了良好的分散性。Sphere shaped CaTiO3 powders were prepared through hydrothermal method by incorporation of glucose with CaCl2, TiCl4 and NaOH as raw materials. The effects of reaction conditions on the morphology and structure of the CaTiO3 powders were studied. The X-ray diffraction results and SEM images show that formation temperature for pure phase CaTiO3 rises from 100 ℃ to more than 160 ℃ after incorporation of glucose. Well crystallized CaTiO3 powders with uniform sphere shape and a particle size ranged from 200 nm to 300 nm are obtained at an optimal conditions of 200℃, 6 h, 1.25 mmol/L ,0.5mol/L for reaction temperature, reaction time and the concentration of glucose and NaOH, respectively. Morphology and size of the product can perfectly remain and no aggregation is found after sintering at high temperature.
