摘 要:采用HDDR方法制备了磁各向异性NdFeCoB合金磁粉,并研究了添加Cu、Mo、Ni对其磁性能和磁各向异性的影响。结果表明:加入少量的Cu、Mo可以增加该合金的剩磁Br和矫顽力Hci,但随着其含量的增加,Br与Hci降低,当铜摩尔分数x为0.1时,Br达到最大值1.12T;钼摩尔分数y为0.7时,Hci可达到752.4kA/m;磁各向异性(以取向度cosθ计)会随x的增加而增加,在x为0.7时cosθ达到0.73;随着Mo摩尔分数y的增加,cosθ先增大后减少。随着Ni摩尔分数z的增加,Br变化很小,Hci降低,cosθ增加。The technique of HDDR was adopted to prepare anisotropic magnetic powder of NdFeCoB alloy. The effects of adding Cu, Mo and Ni on the magnetic properties and anisotropy of the magnetic powder were studied. The results show that adding small amounts of Cu and Mo in alloy can increase the Brand Hci, but with the increase of their content, the Br and Hci decrease, and when Cu content x is added at 0.1, Br get maximum value 1.12 T; when Mo content y is added at 0.7, Hci can reach 752.4 kA/m; the magnetic anisotropy (as degree of alignment cosθ ) increases with the increase of Cu content x, when the Cu contentx is added at 0.7, the cosθ get the value at 0.73; but with the increase of Mo content y, the cosθ first increase and then decrease. And with the increase of Ni content z, Br is almost unchangeable, the Hci decrease and the cos θ increase.
