贝前列素钠联合甲钴胺治疗老年2型糖尿病患者周围神经病变的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨贝前列素钠联合甲钴胺治疗老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)伴周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法老年T2DM伴DPN患者87例,在常规治疗基础上随机分为两组:A组44例,应用贝前列腺素钠联合甲钴胺治疗;B组43例,单用甲钴胺治疗。两组连续治疗14d。观察临床症状、神经传导速度及不良反应。结果 A组总有效率为84.0%,高于B组的46.5%(P<0.01);A组部分尺神经、胫神经和腓总神经传导速度恢复优于B组(P<0.01)。治疗过程中无明显不良反应。结论贝前列素钠联合甲钴胺治疗老年T2DM伴DPN有效,无明显不良反应。Objective To investigate the efficacy of beraprost sodium combined with methylcobalamin in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） with peripheral neuropathy（DPN） in the elderly.Methods On the basis of conventional therapy,87 elder T2DM patients with DPN were randomly divided into two groups of A （treated with beraprost sodium combined with methylcobalamin,44 cases） and B （treated with methylcobalamin alone as the control,43 cases） for 14 days.Clinical symptoms,nerve conduction velocity and adverse reactions were recorded.Results The effectiveness was significantky higher in group A than that in group B（84.0% vs.46.5%）（P〈0.01）.The restoration of conduction velocity in partial ruler nerve,tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve was better in group A than that in group B（P〈0.01）.There were no significant adverse responses during the treatment in both groups.Conclusion Treating T2DM with DPN with beraprost sodium combined with methylcobalamin is effective without remarkable adverse responses in the elderly.
