摘　　要：心血管疾病是导致2型糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因，本文概括地讨论了胰升糖素样肽1（GLP-1）对内皮功能、缺血性心肌损伤和心衰的保护作用，以及长效GLP-1类似物利拉鲁肽对体重、血压和血脂等心血管危险因素的改善作用。Cardiovascular disease is the main cause of death in patients with type 2 diabetes. The protection of glucagon-like peptide-1 （GLP-1） on endothelial function, ischemic myocardial damage, and heart failure have been reviewed. Based on the recently finished serial clinical studies, the effects that long-acting GLP- 1 analogues liraglutide improved body weight, blood pressure, lipids, and other cardiovascular risk factors were discussed.
