摘　　要：本文通过对晶闸管开通过程的分析,找出了晶闸管开通中的最高功耗点、门极附近烧毁的原因。从而为高电流上升率下应用的晶闸管的质量分析及门极设计提供一定的依据。This essay finds out the maximum power loss in thyristor turn-on and the reason of gate nearby breakdown by analyzing the process of the thyristor turn-on .Those provide the foundation of thyristor quality analysis under high di/dt and gate design.
