摘　　要：目的观察在伴有慢性化脓性中耳乳突炎时能否成功植入人工耳蜗的可能性。方法对7例伴有双耳慢性化脓性中耳乳突炎的重度感音神经性聋行乳突根治术和肌瓣填充术,术中注重乳突盆状化、轮廓化和鼓室隐匿病变组织显微清除。分别以分期(6例)或同期(1例)完成人工耳蜗植入手术。结果所有病例术后无感染发生,人工耳蜗功能良好。结论彻底清除感染病变组织和分期植入人工耳蜗,是伴有慢性化脓性中耳乳突炎保障人工耳蜗植入成功的主要举措,可使同期手术取得初步成功。Objective To investigate whether the cochlear implantation could be successful in case of associated chronic suppurative otitis media and mastoiditits. Methods Radical mastoidectomy and mascular transplantation with special emphasis on mastoid saucerization and skeletonization as well as micro-eradication of disesased tissues within tympanum were performed in 7 cases of bilateral profound deafness associated with chronic suppraative otitis media and mas- toiditis. Cochlear implant was completed in two-stage （6 cases） or a single stage （ 1 case）. Results No infection was complicated in all cases and the cochlear implant functioned very well. Conclusions Complete eradication of diseased tissues and staged surgery are the main measures and procedures necessary in the cochlear implantation associated with chronic suppurative otitis media and mastoiditis.
