摘  要:[目的]建立长寿花高繁殖的组培体系和瓶外生根技术,促进长寿花工厂化生产。[方法]选用长寿花叶片和茎段作为外植体,在加有6-BA1.00mg/L和NAA0.20mg/L培养基上培养诱导出芽丛,再将芽丛转接到继代增殖培养基,调节不同外源激素配比获得长寿花高繁殖组培体系的最佳培养基组合。[结果]在MS+6-BA0.50mg/L+NAA0.10mg/L+GA30.10mg/L的培养基组合中,诱导丛芽增殖率达到95.35%,增殖倍数达到20倍以上,试管苗生长势好。利用海绵作为载体进行瓶外生根,生根率达到95.00%以上,移栽苗成活率达到100%。[结论]利用海绵作为载体进行试管苗瓶外生根是完全可行的。[Objective] The research aimed to develop a high propagation system and outside-tube rooting technology of Kalanchoe blossfeldiana and promote its factory production.[Method] The stem internodes and the young leaves obtained from the plants of Kalanchoe blossfeldiana were used as explants and cultured on MS medium supplemented with 1.00 mg/L 6-BA and 0.20 mg/L NAA to induce clumy buds,the propagation of bud clusters induction were conducted on the media supplemented with 6-BA and NAA culture medium.Then the buds were transferred to subculture medium with different exogenous hormone to get a high micropropagation system.[Result] The optimum buds induction medium was MS+6-BA 0.50 mg/L+NAA 0.10 mg/L+GA3 0.10 mg/L and the induction rate can reach 95.00%.The promerate frequency was 20 and the plantlets were strong.When sponge was used as a carrier for the outside-tube rootage technology,the rooting rate was up to 95.00% and the transplant survival percent was 100%.[Conclusions] Sponge as a vector for the outside-tube rootage technology was completely feasible.
