摘 要:[目的]研究小麦幼苗对乙醇污染的耐受性。[方法]用不同浓度的乙醇溶液培养小麦幼苗4d,测定叶片的POD活性、Pro含量及MDA含量。[结果]乙醇浓度为0.20%、0.40%时,POD活性和Pro含量均随乙醇浓度增加而升高,MDA含量低于对照;当乙醇浓度达到0.60%时,POD活性大幅下降且低于对照,Pro含量大幅升高,MDA含量大幅升高且高于对照。[结论]小麦幼苗对低浓度的乙醇胁迫有一定抗性,但对高浓度的乙醇没有抗性。不同品种小麦之间对乙醇胁迫的表现有差异,这是由基因型导致的,但这种差异具有一致性。[Objective] The research aimed to study the tolerance of wheat seedlings to alcohol pollution.[Method]Wheat seedlings were cultivated with different concentration of ethanol solution for 4 days,POD activity,Pro and MDA content of leaves were measured.[Result] POD activity and Pro content increased with the increase of ethanol concentration when it was 0.20% or 0.40%,but MDA content was lower than control.When ethanol concentration reached 0.60%,POD activity decreased significantly and lower than control,Pro content rose considerably,MDA content noticeably increased and higher than that.[Conclusion]This experiment showed that wheat seedlings had certain resistance to ethanol stress of low concentration(0.20% and 0.40%)and no resistance of higher concentration(≥0.60%).The performance of wheat resisting ethanol stress had consistency and difference among different varieties of wheat and this difference ws caused by the genotype.
