摘  要:[目的]探明小麦种子在种子贮藏过程中的生理生化变化的规律及合适的老化处理条件。[方法]采用高温高湿人工加速老化的方法,对5个非糯小麦和5个糯小麦品系的种子在40℃和相对温度90%下分别处理0、2、4、6和8d。[结果]随着老化处理时间的延长,2种小麦种子的发芽率变化趋势不明显,电导率先降后升,SOD、POD和CAT活性大体呈逐渐上升趋势,可溶性蛋白含量逐渐降低。[结论]糯小麦种子在处理时更易老化。40℃和相对温度90%对小麦种子影响较小,因此进行小麦种子老化处理必须提高处理温度。[Objective] The aim was to study the physiological and biochemical change laws and appropriate accelerated aging conditions of wheat seeds during the storing process.[Method] Five waxy wheat lines and non-waxy lines of wheat seeds were treated by using high-temperature and high-humidity artificial accelerated aging method under 40 ℃ and 90% RH for 0 d,2 d,4 d,6 d and 8 d,respectively.[Result] During accelerated aging process,the germination rate of two kinds of wheat seeds had no significant change trend.The electrical conductivity of all seeds decreased first,and then increased;SOD,POD and CAT activities increased in a general trend.The soluble protein content decreased gradually.[Conclusion] Waxy wheat seeds were more aging in treatment.No obvious effect was observed under the accelerated aging conditions of 40 ℃ and 90% RH on non-waxy and waxy wheat seeds,so the temperature of seed aging treatment in wheat should be improved.
