摘　　要：统筹城乡发展,推进城乡一体化,是打破城乡二元结构,完善社会主义市场经济体制的必然趋势。以区位理论、土地价格理论、增长极理论和土地利用可持续利用理论为支撑,以重庆市江津区作为研究对象,以评价江津区土地利用城乡统筹发展是否协调为目的,从土地利用的角度,构建土地利用城乡统筹指标体系,采用AHP权重确定法确定指标的权重,极差标准化处理指标的方法作为手段,对研究区域进行了土地利用城乡统筹定量评价。Coordinating urban and rural development and promoting urban and rural integration is an important step of breaking down the dual urban-rural structure and perfecting the socialist market economy system.Based on the location theory,the land price theory,growth pole theory and the sustainable use of land-use theory,with Jiangjin in Chongqing as research object,with the purpose of coordination from land use perspective to evaluate the overall development of urban and rural of land use,land-use urban-rural balancing indices system was built.Using AHP weight determination method,the weights of indices were determined.With range standardized index method as a means,the quantitative evaluation was made on the urban-rural land use co-ordination in the study area.
