摘　　要：目的:归纳总结原发性环咽肌失迟缓症的诊断、治疗经验并介绍新的手术方法。方法:根据2008年收治的2例原发性环咽肌失迟缓症患者的资料,结合文献分析、探讨其诊疗规律,提出新的手术见解。结果:原发性环咽肌失迟缓症诊断困难,应结合纤维喉镜、硬质食管镜及钡餐造影等进行排他诊断。结论:手术治疗是最佳选择,环咽肌部分切除加食管上段环行肌部分切除术优于已往单纯的环咽肌切断术。Objective：To summarize the diagnostic and therapeutic experience of primary cricopharyngeal achalasia and introduce new operandi modus.Method：Report the two cases we treated in 2008 and integrate published literature,and approach its diagnostic and therapeutic experience and make use of new operandi modus.Result：The diagnosis of primary cricopharyngeal achalasia is difficult,and we must apply exclusive diagnosis according to the exminations of fibrolaryngoscope、esophagoscopy and barium meal et al.Conclusion：Surgical treament is the best option.Partial resection of cricopharyngeal muscle and upper esophageal ring-shaped muscle is superior to simple cricopharyngeal myotomy.
