摘　　要：目的探讨注射用间苯三酚用于计划生育门诊手术(人工流产、诊刮、放取宫内节育器等)的临床效果。方法选择自愿来我院门诊要求作计划生育手术、无手术禁忌证的受术者100例,随机分析研究组50例,自愿接受斯帕丰肌肉注射计划生育门诊手术,对照组50例,不使用任何药物作计划生育门诊手术。比较两组手术过程中镇痛效果、宫颈松弛度、血氧饱和度、出血时间、人流综合征发生率等。结果研究组与对照组以上指标均有显著性变化(P小于0.05)。结论斯帕丰于计划生育门诊手术安全可靠,效果肯定。Objective To investigate Phloroglucinol injection plus topical lidocaine for outpatient cervical surgery pain analgesic effect of people. Methods voluntarily come to my hospital out-patient asked painless abortion, non-pregnant women, 200 cases of surgical contraindications syndrome were randomly divided into study group of 100 cases, intramuscular Phloroglucinol finga topical lidocaine for cervical painless abortion in the control group 100 cases, intravenous injection of propofol plus fentanyl for abortion pain. Comparing the two groups in the analgesic effect of induced abortion, cervical laxity, oxygen saturation, bleeding time, the incidence of abortion syndrome and so on. Outcomes research for more than the control group there was no significant changes of indicators （P 0.05）. Conclusion injection phloroglucinol plus topical lidocaine for outpatient cervical painless abortion safe, reliable, positive effects.
