摘 要:分析了生物技术大实验建设的背景和意义。提出建立了创新性、自主管理、开放式的生物技术大实验的实验教学体系:内容整体上具有系统性、联系性、创新性;实验过程以学生自主完成、自主管理的新模式;建立全天开放式,严格、科学的管理制度及规范的考核制度等。并阐述了生物技术大实验实践获得的成效:明显促进了学生的实践能力、创新精神、综合素质和协作精神的提高;提高了教师队伍的实验教学水平和管理水平。The original background and significance of the general biotechnology experiment was analysized. The innovating and self-administerring and opening teaching system of general experiment was proposed and founded. The holistic contents of the experiment were systemic and relational and innovating. During the experimental process the students were self- accomplishing and self-administerring, and the opening of laboratory was round-the-clock. The strict and scientific systems for management and the normative systems for assessment were founded. The effect from the practising of the experiment was clarified. The experiment evidently promoted practical ability and innovative ability and compositive diathesis and concurrent spirit of the students. The teaching and managing level of the teachers was increased.
