摘 要:采用热台显微镜研究了经过不同浓度的尿素溶液处理的皮胶原纤维的干热收缩行为。结果表明:随尿素溶液浓度的增大,皮胶原纤维的干热收缩温度逐渐降低,收缩温度从180℃下降到120℃左右;干热收缩率随尿素溶液浓度的增大而先增后减;当尿素浓度在3.0~4.5mol/L时,平衡收缩率最大,达到60%以上。在尿素浓度不高的情况下,水洗后尿素处理皮胶原纤维的干热收缩行为和未处理皮胶原纤维的干热收缩行为一致,表明尿素处理对皮胶原纤维干热收缩的影响具有一定的可逆性,即尿素与皮胶原之间的相互作用是可逆的。尿素作用的机理是破坏胶原分子内及分子间的氢键,从而破坏其三股螺旋结构。The dry heat shrinkage behavior of collagen fibers processed by different concentrations of urea solutions was studied by thermal platform microscope. It shows that the dry heat shrinkage temperature of the samples decreased with increasing the urea concentration, from 180℃ to 120℃. With the incease of urea concentration, the dry heat shrinkage ratio of collagen fibers in- creased firstly, followed by a decreasing. The dry heat shrinkage rate may reach more than 60% when the urea concentration ranged in 3.0 -4.5moL/L. If the urea concentration is not too high, no obvious changes is found between the dry heat shrinkage curves of the urea processed - water washed sample and the control sample, suggesting that the influence of urea processing on the dry heat shrinkage behavior of collagen fibers is irreversible.
