摘　　要：报告1例以坐骨结节附着点炎为表现的关节病性银屑病,并对银屑病性外周附着点炎相关文献进行复习。患者女,37岁。双胫前鳞屑性红斑伴臀部疼痛,不久后出现下腰部疼痛,影像学证实为坐骨结节附着点炎及骶髂关节炎。外周附着点炎是关节病性银屑病的早期表现。A case of peripheral enthesitis of ischial tuberosity as the first manifestation of psoriatic arthritis was reported, and the related literature were reviewed. A 37-year-old woman with psoriasis valgaris and bultock pain followed by lumbodynia, hnaging study showed enthesitis of ischial tuberosity and sacroiliitis. Peripheral enthesitis was an early manifestation of psoriatic arthritis in this patient
