局麻下无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟嵌顿疝20例体会

摘　　要：目的探讨局麻下无张力疝修补术在治疗腹股沟嵌顿疝中的临床应用价值。方法对我院2007年10月至2009年11月行局麻下无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟嵌顿疝20例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果手术全部成功完成,平均手术时间45 min,术后疼痛2例,阴囊积液2例。随访2个月至2年无复发病例。结论局麻下无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟嵌顿疝是一种安全有效的术式。Objective To discuss the value of tension-free hernia in inguinal incarcerated hernia under local nerve blockade anaesthesia.Methods The clinical data of 20 patients with inguinal incarcerated hernia treated with tension-free hernia repair between 2007 and 2009 was retrospectively analyzed.Results All cases were operated successfully.The mean operation time was 45min.2 cases of postoperative pain and 2 cases of scrotal hydrocele.after operation.All patients were followed up for 2 months to 2 years,no recurrence.Conclusions Application of tension-free hernia repair in inguinal incarcerated hernia under local nerve blockade anaesthesia is an effective surgical method.
