论长江三峡库区内河游轮经济的发展

摘　　要：长江三峡游轮经济是以长江三峡内河游轮旅游为基础,以长江三峡游轮产业为主体,包含多个产业在内的内河游轮经济,具有多产业交叉集合、集聚性、网络节点式经济特征。长江三峡内河游轮经济应采取以游轮旅游休闲活动加游轮制造的发展模式,构建由游轮建造、游轮经营、基础配套三大环节和滨水地产延伸环节构成的游轮经济产业链,实施统筹开发、综合发展和特色化发展战略。The Three Gorges cruise economy,based on river cruise tourism,with the cruise industry as its main body and consisting of several related industries,is in nature an inland river cruise economy characterized by multi-industry intersection,assemblage,and jointed network.The mode of development of the Three Gorges cruise economy should be both the development of cruise tourism and the manufacture of cruises.The industry chain of the Three Gorges cruise economy should be composed of the manufacture of cruise,the management and operation of cruise,the infrastructure of cruise tourism,and even the riverside estate.The development of the Three Gorges cruise economy should be planned as a whole,and follow the strategy of comprehensive and distinctive development.
