推动“长江三峡世界地质公园”申报工作 打造宜昌世界级旅游景观

摘　　要：世界地质公园是由联合国科教文组织选出的地质遗迹景观和生态环境的重点保护区,是为人们提供具有较高科学品位的观光旅游、度假休闲、保健疗养的胜地,又是地质科学研究与普及基地。长江三峡地质公园被誉为"全国面积最大天然地质博物馆",以地质地貌类型为特色,地质遗迹种类齐全,申报世界地质公园是具有国际竞争优势的,同时也遇到了瓶颈。本文分析了长江三峡地质公园申报世界地质公园的优势和遇到的瓶颈,为推动"长江三峡世界地质公园"申报工作、打造宜昌世界级旅游景观提供对策。The World Geoparks are approved by the UNESCO as geological relics areas of ecological protection for high-level tourism, resorts, health care and recuperation as well as scientific research and geological popularization. The China Three Gorges Geopark is known as the largest Natural Geological Museum in China which enjoys a full collection of geological types and a great variety of geological relics. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the proposal of building CTG World Geopark and suggests that the proposal be promoted to build CTG Geopark into an international tourism attraction.
