摘　　要：在讨论新的SaaS概念和中小企业ERP,CRM系统特点的基础上,提出了基于SaaS模式的中小企业ERP,CRM系统整合的新方案,并以销售管理子系统为例,构建了SaaS模式解决方案的逻辑体系,指出了中小企业实施SaaS模式的安全风险及应对措施.In the light of the new concepts of SaaS,small and medium-sized enterprises’（SMEs） ERP and CRM system characteristics,this paper presents a new program of the SaaS-based ERP and CRM systems integration.To sales management subsystem,it builds a logical system of the solution of the SaaS model,and points out the security risks and countermeasures of the SaaS model for SMEs.
