摘　　要：生产实习教学是培养制药工程人才的重要环节.周密的安排和运作实施是圆满完成生产实习的关键.通过加强生产实习,开展校企多方合作,可以解决实习难问题,可以提高学生的工程能力、创新意识和社会适应能力,可以提高教师队伍的教学水平.The practical link in teaching is very important for cultivating pharmaceutical engineering talents.The careful arrangement and applicable operation are key to conducting the practical link in teaching.Through cooperation between school and enterprise,we can solve the difficulties of production practice;moreover,we can improve the students’ abilities of engineering,innovative consciousness and social adaptation,and help to raise the teaching level.
