摘　　要：目的总结对阑尾炎患者的护理体会。方法将180例患者在征得患者及其家属同意的前提下,随机分为2组,每组90人,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予全面而精心的围手术期护理。结果 180例患者均临床痊愈,对照组出现恐惧心理12人,出现疼痛不适感14人,明显多于对照组。结论通过对阑尾炎患者围手术期的护理,可以减轻患者的恐惧心理及疼痛不适感,使患者早日康复,有效地减少并发症。Objective Summary the nursing experience of patients with appendicitis. Methods On the assumption of the agreement of patients and their families, 180 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups ,90 people in each group, control group received routine care,to give full and careful observation group perioperative nursing. Resulls 180 clinical cases were all cured, in the control group of 12 people turned up fear, and 14 people turned up pain discomfort, significantly more than the control group of 4 and 2. Conclusion Appendicitis patients were given perioperative care, patients can reduce the fear and pain discomfort,and make a speedy recovery and effective in reducing complications.
