林可霉素在开放性骨折感染预防中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨林可霉素在开放性骨折感染中的效果,以为开放性骨折感染的预防提供依据。方法选取2008年12月～2009年12月于笔者所在医院进行治疗的125例开放性骨折患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组60例和观察组65例,对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用林可霉素,后将两组患者治疗前后的白细胞、血清IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α、血清降钙素原(PCT)和C反应蛋白(CRP)进行统计分析,两组感染发生率也进行统计分析,并加以比较。结果经研究比较发现,治疗后观察组患者的白细胞、血清IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α、血清降钙素原(PCT)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均明显低于对照组,感染发生率明显低于对照组,经比较,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论在开放性骨折中运用林可霉素可显著影响各反应炎症因子的水平,降低感染发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of Lincomycin in the patients with open fracture for prevention of infection in order to provide evidence for the prevention of open fracture. Methods 125 cases patients with open fracture in our hospi- tal from December 2008 to December 2009 were selected as research object, then were divided into control group 60 cases and observation group 65 cases. Then the control group took routine treatment, and the observation were treated with Lincomycin on the routine treatment. Then the level of leukocyte, IL - 8, IL - 6, TNF - α, PCT and CRP before and after the treatment were analyzed, and the infection rate were analyzed too. The results were compared. Results The level of leukocyte, IL - 8, IL - 6, TNF - α,PCT and CRP of the observation group after the treatment were lower than those of control group,and the infection rate were lower than that of control group too,P 〈 0.05, there were significant differences. Conclusion The Lincomycin in the patients with open fracture can influence the level of inflammatory factors, decrease the infection rate, and it is worthy of further studying and used.
