摘 要:利用ANSYS CFX软件对液环真空泵成套机组中大气喷射器内的流场进行三维模拟,通过实验验证模拟的可行性和准确性。在对压力场和马赫数进行分析的基础上,探讨了变工况下喷射器性能的变化情况,着重讨论了出口压力对其性能的影响,得到在进口压力和引射压力不变的情况下,存在一临界出口压力,该临界压力对应喷射器的最佳工作点,为设计喷射器时选取出口设计压力提供了依据。The flow field of air-ejector in liquid-ring vacuum pump unit was three-dimensionally simulated by means of software ANSYS CFX in this study.Then based on experiments,the feasibility and accuracy of the simulation were verified.The pressure field and Mach number of the ejector were analyzed,and the changing status of the air-ejector performance under variant working conditions was described.The emphasis was put on discussing the effect of outlet pressure on the performance.The results obtained from the simulation show that under the constant inlet and ejecting pressure,there is a critical outlet pressure which is the optimum operating state of the air-ejector.It provides basis for choosing the design value of outlet pressure.
