摘 要:针对ANSYS优化设计中零阶算法和一阶算法存在的不足,结合两种算法对其进行了改进。首先,根据最小二乘逼近原理,选取一个函数面来拟合解空间,采用不易陷入局部极值点的零阶算法确定最优解的基本位置,然后执行优化设计的重启动,在目标函数中添加一个惩罚函数将其转换为非约束优化问题,最后通过基于梯度寻优的一阶算法对最优解进行修正。运用ANSYS10.0和MATLAB7.0软件,建立了斜拉立体桁架的模型并用改进后的方法进行了验证,分析结果表明该方法是一种行之有效的算法。In view of the deficiency existing in both subproblem approximation algorithm and first-order algorithm in ANSYS,an improved method was presented combining with advantages of both algorithms.Firstly,a function was selected to fit the solution space according to the least-square approximation theory and the subproblem approximation algorithm was adopted to confirm the approximate location of the optimal solution,which would not be trapped into local optimum solutions.Secondly,the issue was converted into a non-restraint optimization problem by adding a penalty function to the objective function,and the first-order algorithm was used to determine the best solution by executing restart of the optimization design.Finally,the improved method was examined through an example of cable-stayed space truss by virtue of software ANSYS10.0 and MATLAB7.0.The simulation results indicate that the proposed method is more effective and accurate.
