摘　　要：本文以塔里木大学为例,分析了学校图书馆重点学科建设及文献资源现状,根据重点学科用户文献需求和馆藏现状提出了如何构建学校重点学科文献资源保障体系的总体规划。针对总体规划就图书馆收藏、采集及重点学科文献侧重点等方面的问题,提出了文献资源收藏原则和多途径采集的方法。This paper analysed the actuality of key subjects construction and literature resources taking Tarim university for example.On the basis of key subjects user literature demands and library collection actuality,it put forward general layout to construct literature guarantee system of key subjects in university.It also put forward collection principles of literature resources and methods of many approaches acquisition based on library collection,acquisition and emphasis of key subjects literature.
